Our goal is to mentor girls and young women so they will refocus their energy into what they are good at. Mindset shift is what we want to see in our girls. We have learned that early intervention for social and  emotional development as well as career awareness is needed in our communities. 

 We want to end self-destructive behaviors and increase self-love and self-worth for all of our girls. 

• Some of the activities that we plan to include:

• Confidence building; positive affirmation talks and exposure; incorporate easy-to-say daily affirmation.

• Coping skills; teaching simple breathing techniques to manage anger (develop a kickball league for the girls and exercise often; to increase physical and mental health).

• Workforce development; aptitude testing; introduction of college and career pathways as viable options; and entrepreneurship.
